How DJ e-bikes can help you recover from the pandemic
It's been a long, hard year. Many of us are stressed, sluggish, and sedentary. E-bikes can help! They can allow you to escape the confines of your house, give you a good excuse for some fresh air and forays into nature, and propel you to burn off some pandemic calories. An hour's e-bike ride burns 300-400 calories, and can enhance your mood and sleep. E-bikes can combat isolation and help with re-socialization as you interact with pedestrians and other bike riders. Find a friend, or make an e-bike buddy in your neighborhood!
